Resolving Missing Stop Data in the Mobile App
How to restore stop information in the mobile app
issue summary
Stop information may be unavailable in the Maven Driver App even after a trip has been accepted and started.
In this situation, stop buttons may be:

Greyed out
-
Missing
-
Not responding when tapped
This issue prevents normal trip workflow and stop completion.
Check trip status
Before resetting the app, confirm the following:

Trip is started, not just accepted.

No other trips remain open or active for the driver or vehicle.
If multiple trips are open or a trip has not been fully started, stop information may not display correctly.
Clear Maven app data
If trip and stop status appear correct but stops are still missing or unresponsive, clear the Maven app data on the tablet:

Close the Maven app completely.

Open device Settings.
-
Go to Apps (or Applications).

Select Maven Machines.
-
Tap Storage.
-
Tap Clear data.
-
Confirm by tapping Delete or OK.

Reopen the Maven app and log in again.
Clearing app data refreshes the local information on the device and typically restores the trip and stop details.
