 Using the Equipment Page

Checking out vehicles and trailers before starting a route

Overview

The Equipment page in the Maven Driver App lets drivers check out the correct vehicle and trailer(s) before starting route. This ensures all movement and work are tied to the right equipment.

When the Equipment Page Appears

The Equipment page appears:

  • When starting a route 

  • Anytime the driver needs to review or change assigned equipment

Understanding Checked-Out vs Returned Assets

On the Equipment page:

  • Checked‑out assets (currently assigned to the driver) appear in green

  • Returned assets (no longer assigned) appear in grey

Drivers must confirm that the vehicle and any dispatched trailers are checked out in green before beginning the route.
