Closing and dispatching routes

Dispatching routes releases finalized routes to the warehouse and drivers.

1: Review Routes Before Dispatch

  • Select the Plan & Dispatch tab

  • Select the service date

  • Review each route for:

    • Assigned driver and vehicle

    • Stop order and ETAs

    • Route start and end times

2: Send Routes to the Warehouse

  • Select one or more routes

  • Open the route action menu

  • Click Send to Warehouse

 3: Dispatch Routes to Drivers

  • After warehouse confirmation, a new window pops up

  • Select the desired routes

  • Click Submit
