Driver signup codes

Find and use driver signup codes for new driver accounts

Overview

Driver signup codes allow drivers to create their own Maven account in the mobile app while keeping driver records tied to the correct fleet. Admins locate the code in the Fleet Portal, then provide it to the driver for first‑time sign‑in.

Find a driver signup code in the Fleet Portal

  1. Open the Fleet Portal (for example, https://manager.mavenmachines.com).

  2. Sign in with admin or manager credentials.

  3. From the top navigation, open Maven Admin → Fleet administration.

  4. Go to the Users area and make sure Search by user is selected.

  5. In the search bar (upper right), type the driver’s name.

  6. Select the correct user from the results to open the user details page.

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Driver signup code.

  8. Record or securely share the code with the driver.

Note: Access to driver signup codes requires appropriate admin or support permissions in the Fleet Portal.

Use a driver signup code in the Maven Driver App

  1. Open the Maven Driver App on the mobile device.

  2. On the main login screen, tap Driver signup code (lower‑left option).

  3. Enter the driver signup code provided from the Fleet Portal.

  4. Confirm the driver identity and fleet if prompted.

  5. Create login credentials:

    • Email or mobile phone number

    • Password and password confirmation

  6. Complete sign‑up. The driver account is created and the driver is logged in to the app.

After the initial signup with the code, the driver signs in using the email/phone and password created during this process.
