Driver: Can’t find a shipment in the Maven app
Troubleshoot missing shipments in the Maven Driver App by checking the correct route, locating the right stop, reviewing completed stops, and escalating details to Dispatch.
Overview
A “missing” shipment in the Maven Driver App usually means:
-
Wrong route or date open
-
Shipment grouped under a different stop than expected
-
Shipment already completed on the route
-
Shipment never dispatched or never created in Maven
Use this checklist in order. If the shipment still doesn’t appear, escalate to Dispatch.
Step 1: Confirm the correct route and date
In the Maven Driver App:
-
Open the Route tab.
-
Confirm:
-
Correct trip/manifest for today is selected.
-
No other active route (AM/PM or split route) should be in use.
-
Route date matches the shipment’s scheduled date.
-
If the shipment belongs to a different trip or date, switch to that route.
Step 2: Find the stop, then the shipment
Shipments often group under a single customer stop.
-
Scroll through stops in the Route tab.
-
Match by:
-
Customer name
-
City or address
-
Approximate scheduled time
-
-
Open the matching stop.
-
Review all shipments listed under that stop.
If the shipment appears under an unexpected stop, complete it from that stop.
Step 3: Check completed stops
If the shipment might already be finished:
-
In the Route tab, locate completed stops that match the customer or location.
-
Open each completed stop.
-
Open each shipment in the stop and verify shipment numbers and details.
If the shipment appears here but details are wrong, re-complete it.
Step 4: Re-complete a shipment to correct details
To correct a completed shipment:
-
Open the Route tab.
-
Open the completed stop that contains the shipment.
-
Open the shipment.
-
Select Complete Again and follow the workflow to update information.
Step 5: Escalate to Dispatch
If the shipment does not appear on any active or completed stop:
-
Contact Dispatch.
-
Provide:
-
PRO or order number
-
Customer name and location
-
Scheduled date and time
-
Any notes on how the order was received (TMS, paper manifest, phone call, etc.)
-
Dispatch can then troubleshoot in Maven Dispatch (Inbound Shipments, Ready to Plan status, integration, and completion behavior)
