How to check the vehicle connection status in the Maven app

Check the current connection status

Check the vehicle icon and status text at the top of the Maven app. Then follow the matching path.

Status A: “No Vehicle Not Connected”

• Gray vehicle icon.

• Status: No Vehicle Not Connected.

• Meaning: Driver is not connected to a vehicle. The app is not trying to connect.

Actions

1. 1. Tap the truck icon.

   2. Confirm Bluetooth is ON on the device.

   3. Check detected vehicles:

      • If Adapter Detected or Unknown Vehicle appears, tap that vehicle to connect.

      • If no detected vehicles appear, move to - Adapter connection issues 

Status B: “Vehicle XXXX Not Connected”

• Red X next to the truck number.

• Meaning: Driver selected a vehicle from the Fleet, but the app is disconnected from the vehicle adapter that the vehicle is paired to. The app is actively attempting to connect.

Status C: “Vehicle XXXX No Adapter”

• Gray ? next to the vehicle number.

• Meaning: Driver selected a vehicle from the Fleet, but the vehicle is not paired to any adapter. The app is not trying to connect to a vehicle adapter.

Actions

1. 1. Tap the truck icon.

   2. Tap Select Adapter.

   3. Review detected adapters:

      • If detected adapters appear and the adapter number matches the adapter in the truck, tap that adapter to connect.
