Manually update the Maven mobile app

Overview

Use this process when the Maven mobile app needs to be manually updated on a driver tablet.

Manually update the Maven app

1. From the tablet, go to the Home screen.

   • If not on the Home screen, press the Home button (middle button at the bottom of the tablet).

2. Open the Maven Machines app.

3. Sign in using:

   • Company code: 11082

   • Username: driver ID

   • Password: last 4 digits of Social Security Number

4. On the main Maven screen, open the pull-out menu:

   • Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.

5. In the menu, select Check for Updates.

6. On the update screen:

   • If an update is available, a message appears: “An App Update is Available.”

   • Tap Update now.

   • If the app is already current, a green circle with a white checkmark appears instead. No action is needed.

7. When Update now is selected, the Google Play Store opens to the Maven Machines app page:

   • Tap Update (next to Uninstall) and wait for the update to complete.

8. After the update finishes, tap Open in the Play Store to return to the Maven Machines app.

9. Sign in again with:

   • Company code: 11082

   • Username: driver ID

   • Password: last 4 digits of Social Security Number.
