Respond to messages in the mobile app

Read and reply to dispatch messages

Overview

Drivers receive messages from dispatch directly in the mobile. The app highlights unread messages so they are easy to see and respond to during the workday.

Open and read messages

  1. From the main screen, tap Messages at the bottom.

  2. A blue dot appears on the Messages tab when unread messages exist.

  3. Tap any message thread to view the full conversation.

Reply to a message

  1. Open the desired conversation.

  2. Type a response in the text field at the bottom.

  3. Tap the blue Send button to send the reply.

Messages remain available in the thread for ongoing reference between the driver and dispatch.
