Reset a forgotten password in the mobile app

Recover access when a driver cannot sign in

Overview

If a driver forgets a password, the mobile App supports self-service password reset by email or phone.


Reset a password

  1. Open the mobile app

  2. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot your password?

  3. Enter the email address or phone number associated with the driver account.

  4. Tap Continue.

  5. Open the text message or email and follow the reset link or code instructions.

  6. Create and confirm a new password.

  7. Return to the app and sign in with the updated credentials.

If the driver does not receive the reset message, confirm the contact information on file in the fleet portal or update it through an admin.
