Resolve “No VDA Paired” errors
How to check adapter pairing in the Maven portal and next steps for resolution
Overview
If a driver reports that their truck is showing the error message “No VDA Paired”, the most likely cause is that there is no adapter (VDA) paired to that truck in the Maven portal.
This article explains how to confirm adapter pairing and what to do based on what you find.
Check whether the truck is paired to a VDA
-
Go to
http://manager.mavenmachines.comand log in. -
Open the Fleet Administration page:
-
Click the dropdown next to your name in the top-right corner.
-
Select Fleet Administration.
-
-
In the left-hand menu, click Vehicles.
-
At the top of the Vehicles page, use the filters/search to find the specific truck number reported by the driver.
-
Once you locate the truck, click its truck number to open the vehicle details page.
-
Scroll to the bottom of the vehicle details page and look for the adapter / VDA pairing section.
-
If an adapter is listed and linked, the vehicle is properly paired.
-
If no adapter is listed, the vehicle is not paired to an adapter.
-
What to do based on what you find
If the truck is not paired to an adapter (no VDA shown):
-
Contact Fleetworthy and request that the correct adapter be paired to that truck in the Maven system.
If the truck is paired to an adapter but the driver still sees “No VDA Paired”:
-
Collect the following, if possible:
-
Truck number
-
VDA serial number (if known)
-
Driver name and time of the error
-
