purpose of the resource board
The Maven Resource Board shows the assets and labor available for routing on a given day. Site leaders use this screen to confirm the number of assets, asset types, drivers, and daily run times before running optimization.
The Resource Board opens automatically after selecting Create Optimized Routes.

Assets
- Total number of assets available for the day
- Asset types (e.g., vehicle categories or capabilities)
Drivers
- Number of drivers scheduled for that day
- Ensures routes can be assigned only where labor is available
Daily Run Time
- Expected shift length or maximum allowed operating time
- Used to build feasible routes within time limits
Common Routing Problems & Troubleshooting

Use this reference when optimization returns warnings or when routes fail to generate.

These issues often indicate missing data, incorrect configuration, or territory constraints.
| Problem | Detail |
|---|---|
| Stops not geocoded (will not be routed) | The stop’s geofence is unreachable or invalid. Review and correct the geofence in the location setup. |
| Stops with no territories | The stop is geofenced outside any defined territory. When strict territory routing is enabled, these stops are excluded from routing. |
| Territories with no assigned routes | The territory does not contain any shipments for the selected route date, leaving it empty during optimization. |
| Territories with unmet skill requirements | The stop requires a specific asset skill (e.g., NLG) but is matched with an asset set to a different skill (e.g., LG). This may also occur when vehicle size is too large for customers in a strict territory. |
| Stops bigger than any appropriate asset assigned | The shipment exceeds the capacity or size limits of all asset types available on the selected date. Increase asset size or split the order. |
| Stops without availability | The order is not available for service on the selected day of the week. Adjust the service window or route on a day when the customer is open. |

All shipments for the selected day are marked as unavailable on their day‑of‑week calendars. Update customer availability or choose a different service date.
