Monitor progress and manage exceptions while drivers are on the road

Monitor active routes

  • Select Plan & Dispatch tab

  • Filter routes by In Progress

  • Review map view for driver location

  • Check stop status updates in real times

make changes to an active route

  1. Select the active route

  2. Choose the stop you want to update

  3. Reassign, remove, or adjust the stop

  4. Save changes

  5. Notify the driver of updates

  • Avoid unnecessary changes mid-route

  • Communicate clearly with drivers when changes occur
