Sign in to the mobile app

Overview

Drivers sign in to the Maven Driver App using either a company code or a driver signup code. The available option depends on how the fleet is configured.

Sign in with a company code

Use this method when the fleet uses a shared company code and driver IDs:

1. Open the mobile app

2. On the sign-in screen, tap the company code option (bottom-right).

3. Enter the company code provided by the fleet.

   • The company code is a unique 5-digit value.

   • The code must match the correct company; codes from other fleets will not work.

4. Enter the driver’s username and password, then sign in.

Sign in with a driver signup code

Use this method for owner-operators or fleets that create accounts via signup codes:

1. Open the mobile app.

2. On the sign-in screen, tap Driver signup code (bottom-left).

3. Enter the signup code provided by support or the fleet portal.

4. Complete account setup:

   • Enter email or mobile number.

   • Create a password.

5. Sign in using the new credentials.

After the first login with a driver signup code, the driver uses their email/phone and password for future sign-ins.
