Assigning users and roles - Fleet Admin

Use Maven Admin to create users, assign roles, and control access across the Maven platform. Correct role setup ensures planners, dispatchers, and drivers see the right tools.

add or update a user

  1. Open Maven Admin

  2. Select Users

  3. Click Add User or select an existing user

  4. Enter or update:

    1. Name

    2. Employee ID

    3. Email (if applicable)

  1. Assign the correct Role:

    1. Manager (full access)

  2. Driver (Driver App only)

  3. Assign terminal(s)

  4. Save changes

tips

  • Assign Manager + Driver roles only when required

  • Drivers should only belong to one terminal

  • Confirm Employee IDs before saving
