Viewing planned routes
How drivers can review their daily routes, stops, and trip detailsH before starting work
Overview
Planned routes in the Maven Driver App show all stops the driver is scheduled to complete, in the order dispatch planned them. Reviewing the route at the start of the day clarifies where the driver is going, how many stops are assigned, and any special instructions.
How to View Your Planned Route

Log in to the Maven Driver App

Open the app and sign in using your company credentials.

If prompted, complete any required steps such as vehicle selection or DVIR.

Go to your Route / Trip Workflow

From the main dashboard, open the Route List or Trip Workflow tab (label may vary by company).

You’ll see all active routes or trips assigned to you.

If you don’t see a route, contact your dispatcher.

Open a Specific Route

Tap the route you want to review.

You’ll see:

Route summary: total number of stops, expected duration, and miles (when configured).

Stop list: each stop in planned sequence with name, type (pickup/delivery/terminal), and planned time windows.

Route map (when enabled): a visual view of the route path and stops.

Review Individual Stops

Tap a stop in the list to open the stop details.

Common details include:

Customer name and address

Planned arrival window

Shipment details (pieces, weight, pallets, cases, etc., depending on your setup)

Special instructions or notes from dispatch

Use the back arrow to return to the full route.

Tips

Check route before leaving the yard. Confirm you have the right trailer, equipment, and paperwork.

Scan for special instructions. Look for notes about dock locations, gate codes, or delivery restrictions.

Confirm time windows. If the route looks impossible to complete on time, message dispatch before starting.
